DJ and Violin Duo for Ronald McDonald House Toronto Family Room open at The Hospital for Sick Children Patient Support Centre
I recently had the pleasure of DJing the Grand Opening of the Ronald McDonald House Toronto Family Room at The Hospital for Sick Children Patient Support Centre.
It’s incredible to see how generous people and organizations can be to make such a difference in people’s lives!!
This family room has a kitchen with snacks, places to eat, an area for kids and siblings to play in, a place to do laundry, places to sleep, showers, areas to work and more importantly, take a breath. Because when a child is in the hospital the family doesn’t visit, they stay.
These small comforts, areas to refresh, replenish, breathe and work are so necessary during these families’ most stressful moments.
I’m so grateful I was a witness to the beautiful fruition of this project.
Thank you for having me be part of such a celebration!
