What kind of music do you play at a wedding?

Great question! There are many parts to a wedding:

Guest arrival for ceremony (usually soft, romantic music)
Ceremony (walking down the isle, signing any contracts and walking out in celebration)
Cocktail Hour (This can be string quartet music, soft edm, Buena Vista Social Club, Motown etc. – Think Medium tempo music)
Dinner (Normally the slowest music of the evening, Jazz, R&B, Acoustic music etc. There are also formalities during dinner like grand entrances, first dance, parent dances, games and speeches.)
Dancing (The highest BPM music with the most energy. Give your DJ a few requests and genre ideas. If they have experience, let them read the crowd!)
