I LOVE Barcelona!! The beach, the mountains, the ease of travel, the people, the football, the music, the dancing! I've always wanted to DJ there and I had the pleasure of DJing at several different venues across the city and on the beach. One of them was Bestial. It's a restaurant during the day and turns into a nightclub at midnight. Yes you heard that right, midnight! The party goes from 12am - 5

If you have music or songs that don't quite fit in during dinner or aren't hype enough for the dancing portion, cocktail hour is a good time to play them. Examples

What kind of music do you play at a wedding ceremony? Please ask the person responsible for the religious ceremony what's allowed and not allowed. If you're having a ceremony outside or in an event venue for example where you have the freedom to pick the music,

Should you give a DJ requests? If it's your event or wedding, yes you can give the DJ requests ahead of time (I recommend at least 2 weeks in advance). For cocktail hour/ dinner I recommend 5-10 requests and for dancing 5-10 requests. Give your DJ an idea of what you like, genres of music, artists you like etc. This will give them a snapshot of what to prepare and expect. A good DJ
